Platform Whisperer has no accounts and does not collect your name, email or location. Your browser holds an anonymous session with a random nickname. If you follow a train, we store your device's push subscription only to send alerts about that one train.

Who is responsible?
Platform Whisperer is a service of Longford Consulting Limited (company number 11075527).
What do we store?
- An anonymous session id and nickname, kept in your browser.
- Reports you post in a train room, linked to that anonymous session.
- Check-ins, which record only the gate or area you choose and expire on their own.
- If you follow a train: your device's push subscription and the one train you follow, used only to send alerts for that train.
What do we not store?
No accounts, no email, no phone number and no location. The Euston location check runs on your device and the position is not sent to us or kept.
How do I remove my data?
- Unfollow the train to remove your follow. Follows also end shortly after the train departs.
- Turn off notifications for the site in your phone or browser settings to stop alerts.
- Clear the site's data in your browser to remove your session and nickname.
Analytics
We do not use third party analytics or advertising trackers.
Predictions are unofficial and may be wrong. Always check the station screens before you go to the gate.
