What to send

• Which assistant you use (for example Claude or ChatGPT) or that you use an agent key.
• The station and roughly when it happened, in UK time.
• What you asked and what you expected, in your own words.
• The email you signed in with, if your question is about your account.
• Never send a key, password or token. We will never ask for one.

Disconnect an assistant

• Open the account page, sign in, and press Revoke next to the app under Connected apps. It stops working at once.
• For an agent key, press Revoke next to the key on the same page.
• You can also remove the connector in the assistant's own settings.

Delete your account

On the account page, open Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm. This revokes all keys and disconnects all apps. If you cannot sign in, email us from the address on the account and we will delete it.
